Salem, Oregon  ·  Monterrey, México

Opportunity, on and off the court.

Supporting kids and families in Salem and Monterrey year‑round — through sports, mental health support, education, and the everyday resources that keep families steady.

Played hard. Built smart.

Salem, Oregon, made him. College ball sharpened him. Then the game took him everywhere — Europe, Africa, and now Mexico's LNBP, where he suits up for Fuerza Regia de Monterrey.

Off the court, Avry's building a second career as a construction and development entrepreneur — running projects with the same discipline he brings to the game. Two careers, one mindset. Discipline on the court, precision on the jobsite, and a business mind running both.

The Foundation is where all three meet — a game plan, a budget, and a bench of partners — aimed at the community that raised him and the one that gave him a court.

Avry Holmes  ·  Founder & President
“Salem is home. Monterrey is where I play. This Foundation is how I show up for both — the same way I'd show up for a game: prepared, and all the way in.” Avry Holmes, Founder

The community at the center.

Every program traces back to underserved and immigrant children, youth, and families — in Salem, Oregon, the neighborhood that raised the Foundation's founder, and in Monterrey, México, the community that welcomed him onto its court. The work is practical first: meet the immediate need, then build toward long‑term confidence and success.

01

Kids & Youth

Access to sports, mental health support, and education programs that build confidence on and off the court.

02

Families

Food, clothing, and health & wellness resources that meet real, immediate circumstances — no red tape, no judgment.

03

Community Partners

Schools, food banks, health services, and retailers on both sides of the border — the Foundation is built to be a strategic partner, not a solo act.

Two cities. One Foundation.

Salem raised him. Monterrey welcomed him. The Foundation shows up in both — with clinics, family resources, and community programs during the LNBP season and year‑round, in partnership with Fuerza Regia de Monterrey.
